The 2025 Professional Scientists Employment and Remuneration Survey (conducted by Professional Scientists Australia - a division of Professionals Australia - in conjunction with Science & Technology Australia) is currently underway and open to all science professionals.

The survey will benchmark market rates and workplace conditions for Scientists as well as identify trends and important issues in the professional science workforce. The essential data collected will inform advocacy to Government to help build a stronger STEM sector.

Help us by completing this short survey with a big impact. Each week, survey participants can enter the draw to win one of two $500 JB HiFi vouchers by completing the entry form at the end of the survey.

A summary of the survey results will be available on the Professional Scientists Australia and Science & Technology Australia websites later in the year.

Responses will close Sunday 13 April. No identifying details are required, responses are confidential and will be handled in accordance with Professionals Australia's privacy policy. Competition entry details are stored separate to your survey responses.
