The registration fee includes:

• Access to the recorded sessions 72 hours after the sessions end (upon speakers' authorisation)
• Access to Contribution Room (Tuesday - Thursday) & Contribution Day (Friday)

• Access to social events (Opening Reception, Women in Drupal, Trivia Night, Wrap up Ceremony)

The registration fee does not include: 

• Travel expenses
• Accommodation
• Personal insurance*

*We recommend you to obtain your personal travel insurance.

CURRENCY 

All prices are in Euros (€) inclusive of Austrian VAT (20%). Visit www.xe.com for current exchange rates. 

Under Austrian tax law, the registration fee is subject to 20%  Austrian VAT. This applies to registrations done on-site, and is regardless of whether the individual or company is registered for VAT in another EU country or not. This is owing to the fact that the “place of supply” is where the conference is taking place, i.e. in Austria.

TRANSFER & REFUND POLICY

Tickets are non-refundable, however it's free and easy to transfer your ticket to another person. To transfer your ticket at no charge, simply contact our Organizing Secretariat with your transfer request and our support team will help you. Tickets cannot be transferred once DrupalCon begins.
