Bimekizumab efficacy and safety in patients with psoriatic arthritis who had skin and nail psoriasis at baseline: Up to 2-year results from two phase 3 studies

This study aimed to assess the efficacy and safety of bimekizumab (BKZ) to 2 years in patients with psoriatic arthritis (PsA) who also had skin and nail psoriasis, and were biologic disease-modifying antirheumatic drug (bDMARD)-naïve or had prior inadequate response or intolerance to tumor necrosis factor inhibitors (TNFi-IR).
