This Program is designed to develop the capacity of the next generation,  early career journalists, broadcasters, start-up media business owners, female journalists who had demonstrated commitment to career growth. It is also established to help target's l growth, position them for leadership  within vast media industry, especially in Nigeria   This program will include a 2-day training workshop, and a 4-months mentorship session.
