Whip up 2-min Looms of your offering. It could be «actionable tips for your platform»… Or «how ACME tackle [pain paint] in action». ↳ Ex: «7 mistakes that holds your LinkedIn lead game». Put your face to the name, nail down the lead’s profile. Cut the fluff. Focus on: «their current state, pain, solution». ↳ Why it works like a charm? Words alone can be meh. But personalized vids? No selling, no pressure, no ask. You’re just giving upfront visualized value for free. ↳ But, heads up: don’t blast it out to 1,000 leads. Why? It’s gonna make CPL & CAC costs go nuts. Or you'll send some half-baked, automated mess. ↳ Move? Start small with 1 use case = 1 Loom. This gonna work for a large prospect base. And won't have you burning the midnight oil. ↳ Ex: «12 LinkedIn profile tips to rake in $5k/mo». The deal? Line it up with your or any sample profile. This gonna help scale it up until they reply. Are we leaning more towards the directness of emails or the communal aspect of LinkedIn's platform? In the digital age, the importance of targeted communication cannot be overstated. Yet, the question remains: Do you reach out to your audience through the tried-and-tested Email Newsletter or the newer, trendier LinkedIn Newsletter? Both have their merits. Email newsletters are more personal, arrive directly in your recipient's inbox, and have the potential to create a more substantial impact. On the other hand, LinkedIn newsletters have the power of the professional network behind them. They allow you to share industry insights, thought leadership pieces, and updates directly to the feed of your connections and followers. Common LinkedIn misconception: dialers like Nooks aren't strategic. Are you ruining your reputation on LinkedIn? It's crazy how many people are still spamming messages out there. Let me tell you why that's a terrible idea, and why it always ends up backfiring. 💔 01: You're just another transaction When you spam, you're unconsciously telling people on LinkedIn: - I don't respect your space. - You are a transaction for me. My KPI. - All I care about is myself. Creates a negative impression and leads to losing followers. Mind you, people will talk behind your back asking their network to stay away from you. 💔 02: LinkedIn crackdown on spammers When enough people report you as a Spam Profile, your account could get flagged or even banned. Imagine losing access to your LinkedIn profile forever. That's definitely not the outcome you were hoping for. 💔 03: You sabotage your own sales journey You have a list of dream clients. And in your mind, sending broadcast messages seems efficient, but it actually harms your sales efforts. Dream clients will get annoyed and shut you out, blocking any chance of moving the conversation forward. "I for one... HATE spam DMS. I don't hate the person. I hate the annoying strategy they use." 🌈 So - What Should I Do Instead? Simple - put yourself in the shoes of others. People despise feeling invaded and spammed. Instead, try using these tactics to build a healthier sales pipeline that lasts: ☘️ Get to know your dream clients on a personal level.  ☘️ Send personalized messages that show you genuinely care. ☘️ Build rapport and make a real connection. ☘️ Start with an initial chat to get a sense of their needs. ☘️ Ask indirect but targeted questions to gain valuable insights. ☘️ Listen to their problems and assess their awareness level. ☘️ Right fit? Casually invite them to a call, webinar, or event. ☘️ Wrap up with a clear CTA that secures a date and time for the next step. Remember, you've got to go slow to go fast. The surprisingly accurate way I measure my productivity: How many unread emails there are in my inbox. ❌ At one point I had over 10,000. I wasn't focused or on top of things. ✅ Then I got it down to zero. I was getting things done and felt so good. This is where it's at today 👇 Not great… I know if I don't deal with it really soon, it'll be back up to 10,000 in no time. I've been dealing with quite a few challenges lately. That's why my inbox looks like this. This week, I'll be focusing on getting down to inbox zero. Apologies to everyone who's been waiting for a response. I'm working on getting better.
