Sharif serves as only the fourth Artistic Director in the company's 74-year history, where she continues to elevate, innovate, and represent stories from across the country through the transformative power of theater.

Previously, Ms. Sharif served as co-founder and Artistic Director of Nasir Productions, a theatre dedicated to underrepresented voices challenging traditional structure.
