From my 5+ years leading digital teams brand side, I used to take it so personal when performance was poor and thought it was an issue with the optimisations that we were doing... But I was wrong. Now I've been agency side for the last year and a half, I now know that it can just be a bad week, month or quarter within the market and that's ok.
