This planned recycling plant by Tatver Properties will be located at the rear of Lidl, Greenhills Road and will have boundary walls metres from the residence of St Killians Ave, St Columbas Road and Tibradden Close.

If permission is granted this facility will impact the whole Greenhils/Greenpark area.  Some of the risks associated with this facility include, Air Pollution, Light Pollution, Noise Pollution, Rodents, Seagulls anf Dust.  Such a facility could impact directly on house valuations in the area.

The planning application deadline is 1st May 2023 and written submissions can be submitted to South Dublin Council for a fee.
