I often wonder why there is such reliance on tools that require ongoing payment and upgrade and when they are inevitably turned off, the team are left with nothing. Give the team they skills they need to do it them selves...future proof the system.

It has to be a for a reason and for most companies that's financial. If that's isn't what you're getting from your social interaction you seriously have to ask why am I doing this?

There I'd so much ignorance around social media with big organisations and CEOs its quite shocking!!! I posted today about cold calling that's another waste of everyone's time too!
