Request for Assistance (RFA) Line

Our Request for Assistance line functions as a 311 system for public education, for both DCPS and public charter schools, where we provide resources, information, and appropriate agency or organizational referrals to meet the needs of the caller. In addition to resources and referrals, the RFA line allows our office to provide one-on-one coaching to families on a variety of public education issues.

Note: We are accepting Requests for Assistance by phone and email. Please call (202) 741-4692 or email [email protected] and include your name, email address, and brief summary of your issue, and we will respond to you within 24 to 48 hours.
