One of the things that I encourage others when it comes to being personal on #social, is that people are going to figure out WHO you are eventually, so if you can accept that reality of buyer behavior (them wanting to know if you are a human), you can then help them choose to engage with you because of it. If people don't like you and/or don't think you are worth knowing...they probably won't be a customer for long anyways.
