On May 9, 2021, Father Isaiah was executed by Egyptian authorities.

His family were given no warning. His brother was called after the execution took place and asked to pick up Father Isaiah’s body.

His brother had only visited Father Isaiah the day before - for what he thought was his regular monthly visit. No one at the prison mentioned to him that it would be their last visit and his last chance to say goodbye.

We will continue to support Father Isaiah's family and fight for Father Isaiah’s dignity and peace.
