ABC Youth Foundation Offers Boxing and Strength and Conditioning Classes at Liberty Station!
Punch through barriers and reach athletic and life goals at the newest location of the Any Body Can Youth Foundation at Liberty Station. Through Mongoose Boxing, the nonprofit's main program named after world light heavyweight champion and founder Archie Moore, both kids and adults develop self-defense maneuvers, mental toughness and determination. Moore's mission was to empower San Diego's inner-city youth to "step off in life with the best foot forward, without cowardice, but with courage and dignity."
