Bang on with the "tactic" comment Tim...I think many brands are "over" social in the context of worrying about it to the degree they did. Every negative comment set of a string of worry, but less so today. Which is perhaps what lead to tactical vs. strategic thinking?

My favorite part Timothy (Tim) Hughes 提姆·休斯 was 'posting to an echo chamber'. I think that perfectly encapsulates your narrative about #socialselling being either a tactic or strategy. Needless to say, tactics only work when they are part of a good strategy. .Eric Doyle - FISM article was spot on and I appreciate you sharing it.
