      This book is targeted towards women, but is probably suitable for all genders/everyone - because it’s wonderfully well-written and contains great advice. It’s simple while not being patronising, extensive without being convoluted, up-to-date and topical, and where it doesn’t elaborate on certain issues, the authors give you a starting point to do your own research.

      Its coverage of property investment topics is wider than most other books I’ve seen (and I’ve read a few!), which makes this an indispensable guide for beginners but also those who know a little bit more already. I highly commend the authors as you can “hear” their desire to empower women through their knowledge, and they’ve done a great job creating a tool with which to proliferate that in this book.
