I have a theory on this that I've had for some years. Whenever someone talks about 'low hanging fruit' or 'quick wins'.....ask them what the 'high hanging fruit' is and to explain the 'long wins'..... Never had a good response yet...

An interesting side benefit from social selling is the impact on internal communication in the wider employee team. I was hearing from a senior leader yesterday that 10% of the engagement (reactions and colleagues) in posts about a new corporate initiative were from employees of the company.
