Burke and Beyond is a growing organisation based in the Eastern and Southern suburbs of Melbourne.

Due to rapid expansion, we are looking for a number of support workers to start in late January 2021.

Full time and part time positions are for 12 months with a possibility of extension to permanent at the end of that period.

• We have positions in Blackburn, Bayswater, Dandenong, Balwyn and Blackburn South.
• Casual staff also required to work across the organisation

Selection criteria:

• Positive, can do attitude with the ability to motivate and engage people
• A current driving license
• A clear police record and a clearance on the Disability Workers Exclusion Scheme (DWES)

Experience in working with people with a disability and/or a certificate IV in Disability or Community work would be an advantage.
