RELIEF CHEF DE PARTIE - NEAR BATH, WILTSHIRE - FROM £16 PER HOUR
This 4* Country Hotel are looking for a strong Chef De Partie to join their existing brigade on a temporary basis for the Summer. The kitchen holds 2AA rosettes and prides itself on using the freshest, locally sourced produce to create a mix of traditional British classics and more innovative dishes.
In addition the hotel has its own kitchen garden which is popular with the kitchen and proves to be quite an attraction for guests and visitors to the hotel.
Your new contract will involve;
- Working a minimum of 40 hours, over 5 days with the opportunity for overtime
- Working within an existing brigade, running your own section within the kitchen. The current Head Chef is a CJUK Chef
- Being responsible for health and hygiene standards on your section and in your fridges
About you:
- You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience at CDP level in a similar environment
- You will ideally have experience working with fresh produce
- You will have worked on a C&B basis and have experience catering for functions
