CG Cookie has recently shared a tutorial that covers some techniques that can be used to improve the quality of glass rendered in real-time using Blender’s Eevee.
The problem is that glass doesn't usually look great in Blender's Eevee becase layered refraction can't work, but there are some tricks you can use to make the whole thing work. In this video, CG Cookie explained how to "cheat the system" and set up real-time glass that looks quite realistic.
