In 1994, when Robert Stephens founded the Geek Squad, the concept of 24/7 home tech support was a foreign idea to the general public. What started as a fresh idea to deliver quality support soon ushered in a new era of service expectations. Fast forward more than 25 years, and the notion of anytime, anywhere access to technology is practically ubiquitous. And paired with quality support teams, it is more important than ever.
