Devin C Montelongo

Hello my name is Ramse Polanco I am a fellow barber and long time friend of Zeus Montelongo in Austin Texas. Myself and others who love the Montelongo family are trying to raise funds to assist this beautiful family for the tremendous medical expenses that are accruing daily for the treatment for there 7year old son, Devin Montelongo. Here is a statement from Zeus and Jessica: "We never thought in a million years that we would be sitting here typing this, but here we are full of emotions and lost for words. These past two weeks have been the ultimate test of our faith and without a doubt the hardest, but no matter how hard it has been our faith stands strong in our Savior Lord Jesus Christ! We recieved the most heartbreaking news that our Devin Cruz Montelongo has Stage 3 Hodgkins lymphoma cancer and is now receiving chemotherapy. Our amazing little boy has been so strong and brave. No matter how tough the days have been for him he continues to smile and tells us that he will beat this with faith because God has touched his heart. For those of you who know Devin, know that he's a fighter and speaks his mind. He has shed his tears and poured his heart out to us in the hospital that he does not want to use the word fight because it's an ugly word, saying "why do I have to fight when I can beat this with faith" So for Devin let's beat this with faith!!! Let us pray in Jesus name for this child of GOD. #FAITHFORDEVIN #PRAYFORDEVIN #FAITHBEATSFEAR #CHILDOFGOD" As I mentioned, Zeus, Devin's dad, has been a long time friend and is also a barber in Austin Texas . As you all already know, the barber industry was rendered as non essential during the lock down in March, so Zeus (Devins dad) and the rest of the barbers in Texas were not able to work during “lock down”... I first ask for prayer for Devin and also for Zeus, Jessica and their two other little boys, Donovan and Zeus, Jr. Second, for ANY contribution that you can make to help this family get through this very difficult time. All funds raised will go toward Devin Montelongo's cancer treatment, accruing misc medical expenses and his family's misc expenses to help buy them time to be by their son’s side during these difficult times.
