After officially announcing her pregnancy in late April, Gigi Hadid has now begun sharing more about her journey, including how she worked Fashion Month while a few months pregnant.

Gigi, who's currently the face of Maybelline, joined up with the brand's head makeup artist, Erin Parsons, for an Instagram Live chat and makeup sesh. As noted by Cosmopolitan, during the chat Gigi took the opportunity to open up about how pregnancy has changed her face as well as her feelings on plastic surgery.

For years, both Gigi and sister Bella have been familiar with rumors as to whether or not they have had cosmetic work done on their faces; and Gigi is quick to refute them. "It's funny, the things you see online. People think that I shape my brows, like I shape my brows really arched. If you look at baby pictures of me, I’ve had these crazy arched brows since I was born," Gigi mentioned in the live. "Also people think I do fillers on my face and that’s why my face is round. I’ve had this since I was born. Especially Fashion Month, when I was already, like, a few months preggo, you know..." Gigi and Zayn's baby isn't even born yet, and they've already been walking the runway in Paris, New York, and Milan! How's that for glamorous?

Speaking about her pregnancy and how it's been affecting her, Gigi revealed that, much like during Fashion Month, she's also noticed subtle changes in her face shape since becoming pregnant but isn't worried about them. “I have the cheeks already, so it’s like there’s not a lot to, like, fill in... Don’t worry. I’m happy with the natural process of the world."

As for plastic surgery and fillers, Gigi says she hasn't tried anything but she has nothing against others using them. "For those wondering, I’ve never injected anything into my face," she told Erin. "I’m so happy for everyone to do whatever they want that makes them happy and make them feel more comfortable and good about themselves." Preach, Gigi.

It's clear now that cosmetic procedures aren't for her but she does rely on makeup to make subtle tweaks when she feels like it. "[Plastic surgery] terrifies me. I feel like I’m too much of a control freak that I’m like, what if it goes wrong? [My face] slimmed down for sure [since I was 17] but... I think that people are so fast to do permanent things to their face. I accept myself how it is. That doesn’t mean I don’t have insecurities sometimes, " she said. "For special occasions, you can sculpt your nose a little bit or do whatever with makeup. Makeup is such a beautiful tool to help you feel your best for special moments but to also accept your beautiful face for exactly how God made it and your mama and dada."
