definitely 5 stars in my opinion. i’ve had it for three years and it’s extremely durable, had loads of heavy textbooks in it. only one of the two zippers for the big storage came off, but i’m still able to fully zip it. there’s no rips on the bottom of the bag too, everything is pretty much in excellent condition and it’s easily washable as well :) i recommend for students of all ages and those who like to adventure

Zipper broke
Beautiful backpack, but the zipper was not durable.
Light but not durable
I had to throw it away after 3 weeks. Within a few days, 2 of the zippers were already caught on the inside fabric. By the 3rd week, all zippers ceased to work. Wasn't even used as a school or hiking bag, I just used it to have my keys and wallet in the same place.

great bag but the color of fabric is very dark!
this is a wonderful backpack with great interior pockets that were not even featured in the photos. it seems to be sturdy as if it will last a long time however it is MUCH DARKER than it appears in photos. i was expecting a light bluish gray however the bag is much darker than the photos. closer to dark navy (almost black). however the construction and design is great, looking forward to showing it off and taking it abroad.

i got this item but sorry to say is not for everyday use. in 3 months i bouutgh this 3 times because of the seems coming apart and stiching givinf out.. for a trip maybe but not good quality for everyday use...sorry

Quality and color
I bought the Navy one, but the color does not match the color of its picture! I also expected a better quality. Still, looks nice!
