Our values at AlphaDynamik

At AlphaDynamik, people are at the center of everything we do - and as a company, we pride ourselves on particular values like trust and integrity: from every customer we work with, to every employee we hire, to every decision we make as a company.

These values drive how we conduct ourselves as a company, how we work with our customers, how we treat each other and how we interact with the community. As a result, we also try to advocate for others.

This year we have supported the following charities:

Together we have chosen the charity Bethel and donated an amount of 1000 €.

At Bethel, we believe that all people, regardless of their differences, can live, learn and work together. For over 140 years, the v. Bodelschwinghschen Stiftungen Bethel has been committed to helping everyone who is in need of help, support or assistance.

The children's center in Bethel is one of the largest clinics for young patients in Germany. Some children can be helped quickly. Others have to stay in the hospital for a long time. For example, because they have cancer, were born prematurely or have severe disabilities. Bethel is building a new children's centre for these young patients. Bright and friendly, with areas to play and rooms where the parents can also stay overnight.

We are pleased to be able to support this unique project in Bethel's history.

In March we donated an amount of 1000 € to africa action / Deutschland e.V..

africa action / Deutschland e.V. is a non-profit, voluntary association that is committed to helping people help themselves in 12 African countries in the areas of health, education and inclusion. They focus on people with disabilities. Above all, development cooperation projects are supported:

• community-oriented rehabilitation services are provided for people with disabilities, especially in rural areas
• the association helps people with visual impairments and eye diseases to receive medical treatment and supply with visual aids
• basic health services for prevention and treatment of diseases are supported
• the association contributes to education and health awareness, especially among the rural population
• The training of local professionals is supported, especially in the health sector
• Training grants for vocational training for disadvantaged and needy children and young people are provided
• Partner organizations and groups of africa action with the above objectives are also supported

The diverse projects are implemented partly by volunteers and partly by full-time employees with a lot of energy and heart. The personal contact to the partner organizations is very important and has existed for decades in some cases. We also supported the Rapid Relief Team (RRT) with an amount of 1000 €, which directly benefited the refugees from Ukraine.

RRT shows care and compassion for people in crisis situations and provides free meals and tangible support to emergency services, government agencies and charities. The team of volunteers is mobilized worldwide to help where and when it is needed most.

In addition, RRT has a heart for the homeless and supports homeless missions around the world by serving meals and donating blankets and other essentials.

RRT volunteers also help bring joy into the lives of disadvantaged youth by supporting youth-focused charities that empower young people to rise above adversity. When it comes to health and disability issues, the Rapid Relief Team supports government and non-profit organizations that raise vital funds and awareness.

All selected projects are close to our hearts and we are happy if our donations can make a difference.
