Zusammenfassung
Seit Jahren erfolgt eine zunehmende Institutionalisierung und Professionalisierung des nicht-traumatologischen Schockraummanagements analog zur seit langem etablierten Traumaversorgung.
Das im Frühjahr 2022 veröffentlichte Weißbuch, der (PR_E-)AUD2IT-Versorgungsalgorithmus und das neue Advanced Critical Illness Life Support (ACiLS)-Ausbildungskonzept bilden die Grundlage für eine standardisierte Schockraumversorgung bei kritisch kranken nicht-traumatologisch Patienten in Notaufnahmen. In der prähospitalen und innerklinischen Notfallmedizin ist das Akronym ABCDE seit Jahren etabliert, um Notfälle anhand von Leitsymptomen bzw. Hauptproblemen zu benennen, strukturiert abzuarbeiten und die weitergehende Diagnostik und Therapie einzuleiten. Dieser Übersichtsartikel widmet sich den häufigen Leitsymptomen bei kritisch kranken, nicht-traumatologischen Schockraumpatienten nach der Systematik des ABCDE.
Summary
For years, there has been an increasing institutionalisation and professionalisation of non-traumatologic resuscitation room management analogous to trauma care.
The Whitepaper published in spring 2022, the (PR_E-)AUD2IT care algorithm and the new Advanced Critical Illness Life Support (ACiLS) training concept represent the basis for standardised resuscitation room care for critically ill non-traumatic patients in emergency departments. In out-of-hospital and in-hospital emergency medicine, the ABCDE has been established for years in order to name emergencies based on major complaints and leading symptoms, to process them in a structured manner and to initiate further diagnostics and therapy. This review is dedicated to the frequent leading symptoms in critically ill, non-traumatologic patients according to the ABCDE system.
