Summer Live online Programs:
LIVE Online Programs - Game Based Learning
In this series, educators will explore the best practices for integrating game based learning. In part one, participants will test a selection of life sciences games and learn how to integrate them into their classroom. 

Life Sciences: Join us as we highlight two educational games that teach life sciences in fun and unexpected ways! Participants will test a game of their choice and learn how to integrate it into their curriculum. 

Engineering:
Level up your STEM lessons with two educational games that will entertain and inspire while your students solve problems! Participants will test a game of their choice and learn how to integrate it into their curriculum. 

Cybersecurity: Boost your classroom engagement with games with two educational games that will use mystery and and problem solving to expose your students to coding and cybersecurity! Participants will test a game of their choice and learn how to integrate it into their curriculum. 

Physics and Astronomy: Gather with us to explore games that make teaching physics and astronomy fun! Participants will test a game of their choice and learn how to integrate it into their curriculum.

  • Teacher Techbox with Scratch and Micro:bit. Discover new ways to incorporate coding into your existing curriculum and plan a project with us! This workshop will focus on using Tech Tools to bring increased student voice and engagement. Expand your teacher toolbox with tech! Join us for an interactive workshop that will level up your classroom projects. 
  • Game-based Learning in the Classroom. Level up your STEM lessons with educational games that will entertain and inspire while your students solve problems! Educators will explore the best practices for integrating game based learning then they will test a game of their choice and learn how to integrate it into their curriculum. 
  • Exploring Math through Code. In this workshop, participants will explore how abstract math concepts can come alive with coding.  This course will explore a variety of math concepts and provide opportunity for educators to explore and create their own math interactives.
