But the floor-to-ceiling windows that gaze out over a Las Vegas cityscape brings the whole affair to another level. There are no bad seats in here, with each one lending an awe-inspiring view point between bites of chestnut fettuccine with boar ragu and cocoa, spinach gnocchi with ricotta and brown butter, and roasted hen with prosciutto and foie gras.

Giada de Laurentiis' restaurant at The Cromwell is enclosed by floor-to-ceiling windows to allow panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip. When the weather is nice, windows roll open to allow a breeze.
