Tillamook County’s Health and Human Services department includes our Tillamook County Community Health Center with integrated primary care, dental, behavioral health, environmental health, and public health services.

These focus groups provide you with the opportunity to contribute your feedback to the Tillamook County Health Department strategic planning process. Your feedback will help shape the delivery of health services - including, primary care, dental, behavioral health, environmental health, and public health services - in Tillamook County for the next 3-5 years.

Focus groups will include 12-15 members of your local community. All participants are eligible to receive a $10 gift card as our way of saying thank you for your contributions.

El Departamento de Salud y Servicios Humanos del Condado de Tillamook incluye nuestro Centro Comunitario de Salud del Condado de Tillamook con servicios integrados de atención primaria, dental, salud conductual, salud ambiental y salud pública.
