I am going to cycle 600 miles in 2023 starting in February when I turn 60 and help raise money and awareness for this wonderful charity.

I am calling this ride 600@60 and will start my first ride in Plymouth
where we are staying for my birthday.

The plan is to do a ride every month then report on progress and photos along the way.
