Ringette Canada appoints new Executive Director

Ringette Canada is delighted to announce that Julie Vézina has accepted the role of Executive Director and will start July 4th.

Julie has extensive sport leadership experience, having most recently served as the Executive Director of Artistic Swimming Quebec. Julie says, ‘I am thrilled to take on this new challenge, and very excited to become part of the team. I am grateful for the trust that the organization has given me.’

Julie has an impressive resume demonstrating proven success in the areas of team leadership, managing change, delivering on strategic initiatives (including in the areas of safe sport and integrity protection), and in collaborating with Canada Artistic Swimming on national level issues.

The skills and experience that Julie brings as a leader, combined with the proven track record and competency of the Ringette Canada staff will position us well for the journey ahead as we strive toward continued prosperity for Ringette in Canada.
