PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IF IT IS CORRECT WHEN ORDERING. I am not responsible for delayed shipping due to incorrect address, and I am not responsible for any extra postages in case the item is returned due to incorrect address.

NOTE: All orders (except “Made to Order”) are made and ready for shipping within one business day.

Ordering Multiple Items
I will pack your items together. If you want the items shipped separately, please contact me prior your purchase.

Shipping time depends on the post office. I’ll send you tracking number right after I get it from the Post office.
I ship worldwide, so if you have any questions and/or concerns, please feel free to contact me prior to your purchase.

Shipping cost applies only to the USPS First-Class Mail (1-5 days) mail delivery time.

Faster or overnight shipping is possible on request. As the shipping cost increases in that case, please contact me with this request prior to placing your order.
Contact me for information about the shipping cost for any other delivery option than regular via USPS for your destination. I need to provide the differences in shipping costs and delivery time for both of us.
NOTE: Alaska and Hawaii may require extra shipping costs, so please contact me prior to placing your order to tell you the shipping cost to your area!

PLEASE NOTE: For any purchase outside the United States, I will do my best to make sure your package arrives safely and in a timely manner. However, I am not responsible for a package once it has left the United States. Neither I nor the US post offices can guarantee a safe and fast delivery within the other countries.

2. RETURN Policy

I am doing my best to make good quality products for my customers to be happy with their purchase! In addition, I take pride in every item I made, and do my best to describe them accurately. So, please READ MY DESCRIPTIONS thoroughly, and review all images carefully before you make purchase. If you have any concerns or need clarifications, I am happy to answer any questions you may have prior to placing your order. Also, if you have any special requirements, please contact me prior to purchase so we can make different arrangements.
Once again, it is buyer’s responsibility to read the descriptions, look at the photographs and ask questions before making a purchase.

There Are No Problems That Cannot Be Solved
If for any reason you have any issues with your order, please contact me within 48 hours (two days) of receiving your item. If we agree that the item has to be returned or exchanged for a similar item with equal price from my shop, you will send it back. Item must be in original condition and sent back to me within 72 hours (three days) of being received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Partial purchase cost (total item cost less ETSY fees/ Etsy charges for this transaction) will be refunded within 24-48 hours of receiving the returned item. Once again, returned item should be in original condition (undamaged/unworn), packaged properly, and sent back with tracking information.

3. CANCELLATION Policy

CANCELLATIONS are not accepted after placing your order. I start the shipping process immediately after I receive the notification about placed order, which is very often sent within 30 minutes to 1 hour.
If you have a problem with your order, please contact me right after you make purchase and I will do my best to resolve the issue.


If you want your order to be sent as a surprise gift to someone else, just send me the name and complete address of that person either before or right after you place your order. I will be more than glad to send it directly to him/her along with your note (if any).
