Owners Patrick and Shaina Anderson sign on to open two studio locations in the Greater Chattanooga locations for a simple reason. They were Eat the Frog members in the state of Washington, and when they moved to Tennessee, they missed Eat the Frog in their lives and decided to open their own franchises!

Even before their involvement with Eat the Frog, the Andersons were a fitness-minded family. Having both served in the Navy, Patrick was the Captain of the Lightweight Rowing Team at the Naval Academy and has competed in athletic events like marathons and triathlons ever since. 

Since leaving the Navy herself, Shaina has worked as a personal trainer and online health and fitness coach throughout the fitness industry. Today Patrick continues to serve in the Naval Reserves and as a full-time firefighter, while Shaina is currently splitting her time between homeschooling their four children and helping real estate clients find their dream homes.
