Admission

  • Booking essential.
  • £1 per person for staff and accompanying family members and friends.
  • Current staff should bring their Royal Mail ID card with them to gain entry.
  • Admission includes entry to all exhibitions, activities and an optional ride on Mail Rail.

  • Ground floor of Mail Rail.
  • Enjoy a 45-minute session in our play area for children aged 8 and under.
  • Book Sorted! with your visit for £2 per child. Adults do not need a ticket.

Mail Rail access:

  • The size and design of the ride carriages and the evacuation procedure means Mail Rail is not suitable for all visitors.
