Providing support and hope to individuals and families experiencing deprivation or hardship in the local area (including food bank and homeless support).

Starting at 6am from St Albans on Bank Holiday Friday I am riding with 4 others, attempting to cycle 400km in 24 hours. This feels like a huge challenge, not only physically but mentally and training has been limited due to the time of year/inclement weather. My longest ride this year has been 100km with my longest ever being just over 100 miles.

We plan to check in at 6 locations along the way, the final one being a hopefully deserted A1 services at Wetherby circa 01:30 for the final stretch to arrive at Fulford Cross in York for 6am!
