Manage 5-12 staff to deliver a safe and exciting swimming and boating program. Required Lifeguard and National Camping School certification courses are coordinated with GSLAC.

Serve as instructors and lifeguards for a variety of merit badges, as well as open programs like mile swims, water carnivals, and free swim.

Manage 1-2 staff to deliver a safe and exciting shooting sport program. Required Instructor and National Camping School certification courses are coordinated with GSLAC.

Serve as onsite medical support for campers and staff. Current medical certification required.

Assist food service manager and dining hall steward with dining operations. This includes packing/serving food and general cleaning of dining facilities.

Provide instruction for a specific program area. These areas include Nature, STEM, Scoutcraft, and 1st Year Camper (Wayfinder).

Provide a variety of high adventure programs to Venture Crews and Older Scouts (14+). Program Counselors will be trained in rock climbing, challenge courses, and lifeguarding.

Manage the retail operations of a camp trading post. This includes managing a sales register, conducting regular inventory, and maintaining a clean store.

Assist year-round Ranger staff with daily maintenance needs, including basic plumbing repairs and grass mowing.
