Join us for an exciting hackathon aimed at exploring the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) to design a record linkage application tool for Health and Demographic Surveillance Sites (HDSS). This hackathon is supported by the Implementation Network for Sharing Population Information from Research Entities (INSPIRE), a network of over 20 HDSSs in Africa (place the inspire network website).

Start Date: 22nd January 2024

End Date: 16th February 2024 

Location: Remote

Objective: To utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) algorithms  in supporting  linkage of data generated through HDSS surveys and health services within the community

What is provided: The participating teams will be provided with synthetic versions of HDSS survey data and  health facility records to aid the development of the record linkage tool.
