Profile

Ella Tjader, specialises in fashion, lifestyle, beauty illustrations working in everything from glossy digital images to watercolour, pen and ink artwork and fashion portraits for live drawing events. Ella has extensive commercial experience and she has worked on successful advertising campaigns, licensing, packaging design, book publishing, editorial illustration and shop window design. Her select clients as well as collaborations include: Yves Saint Laurent Beauty, Estée Lauder, Calzedonia, Confiserie Sprüngli, Toyota USA, Globus, Vogue Japan, Victoria's Secret, Bongénie-Grieder, Schweizer Familie Magazin, Hugo Boss, RAPP LA, C&A, BBH London, Penguin Books and many more. Ella has been featured in Werbewoche (Advertising week portal) - she has been included in their 2018 list of leading Swiss illustrators. Ella loves rain, walking in the woods, and reading moody Scandinavian crime novels, which she somehow finds life affirming. She hates roller coasters. Ella lives in Zurich, Switzerland with her husband, their two children and two cats.
