Owners of Charleston Pops open Mount Pleasant coffee shop

Mount Pleasant just got a “sweet” new coffee shop.
Co-owners Diana and Webb Cheshire have opened the doors to The Front Porch Coffeehouse and Creamery in The Bend at Carolina Park. The venture offers a more permanent space for Charleston Pops, their award-winning mobile dessert company.
Mayor Will Haynie, councilmembers John Iacofano and Howard Chapman, and Mount Pleasant Chamber of Commerce Director of Development Rebecca Imholz and other chamber members joined the husband and wife duo March 16 for a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Since 2018, the Cheshires have run Charleston Pops, a veteran-owned gourmet dessert and catering company specializing in natural, locally sourced frozen, baked and custom pops. Products are sold throughout South Carolina and Georgia.
“Now, thanks to our many loyal customers, Charleston Pops is moving to a new home at The Bend in Carolina Park,” the company said.
The Front Porch Coffeehouse and Creamery is located at 3510 Park Avenue Blvd., Suite 104.
