This comprehensive program is developed by subject matter experts with over 125 years of fire service experience in an effort serve as a foundation for effective leadership. This blended learning solution provides the user with access to a micro-learning library of resources complimented by two days of instructor-led facilitation, discussion, and application. Students will be required to take the online course before attending the in-person training.
