Meet your elected representatives

You can meet with your elected representatives in-person where they hold a drop-in session or constituency surgery. Details of upcoming drop-in sessions are listed below. If you can't see details for your particular constituency or parish, you can head to our members page here where you will find the contact details for all 49 elected States Members.

Constituency of St Helier Central

Deputy Catherine Curtis holds a drop-in session every Monday between 12 noon and 2pm in the downstairs meeting room at the Town Hall. 

Constituency of St Helier South

Deputies Tom Coles, Sam Mézec and Beatriz Porée of St Helier South are holding weekly drop-in sessions every Monday except Bank Holidays from 11am - 12pm at Beresford Street Kitchen in town.
They are also holding sessions at Havre des Pas Lido at 5.30pm-6pm on the second Thursday of the month.

Constituency of St Brelade

Deputy Montfort Tadier is holding a drop-in surgery during the following:

  • The first Monday of the month (except bank holidays) between 12pm - 1pm at Communicare 
  • The first Saturday of the month, between 11am - 12 noon at The Boathouse, St Aubin

Deputy Moz Scott runs monthly drop-in sessions on the second Monday of each month (except bank holidays) between 12pm - 1pm at Communicare.

Deputy Jonathan Renouf and Deputy Helen Miles will hold drop in meetings at: 

• Waitrose Cafe, St Brelade on the last Friday of the month between 12.30 and 1.30 pm

• Parish Hall, St Aubin at 6pm on the last Tuesday of the month - before the regular Parish Assembly.  

The Deputies are also available to meet parishioners at other times, by appointment.

Constituency of St John, St Lawrence and Trinity

The elected representatives of St John, St Lawrence and Trinity are holding monthly drop-in surgeries at various locations in the constituency from 6pm - 7.30pm. Dates and locations for upcoming drop-in sessions are below:

  • Wednesday 29 May at St John's Parish Hall with Deputy Elaine Millar and Deputy Kirsten Morel

Constituency of St Mary, St Ouen and St Peter

The Deputies of St Mary, St Ouen and St Peter are holding drop-in sessions on the first working Monday of each month between 4:30pm - 6pm at St Ouen's Parish Hall. This will include two of the four Deputies and is available to all constituents who live in St Mary, St Ouen and St Peter. 

Constituency of St Clement

The elected representatives of St Clement - Connétable Marcus Troy and Deputies Alex Curtis, Barbara Ward, Sir Philip Bailhache and Karen Wilson - are holding a monthly drop-in surgery on the last Thursday of the month at St Clement Parish Hall from 5:30pm - 7pm. The next session will be held on:

Constituency of St Saviour

The elected representatives of St Saviour hold monthly drop-in sessions across two venues. Drop-ins are either held on Tuesdays at St Saviour Parish Hall between 5pm - 6:00pm with all St Saviour's elected representatives, or on Wednesdays at Georgetown Methodist Church between 12:30pm - 13:30pm with two of the elected representatives (this is on a rotation).

  • Tuesday 14 May at St Saviour Parish Hall between 5-6pm
  • Wednesday 19 June at Georgetown Methodist Church Hall between 12:30-1:30pm

Parish of St Brelade

Parish of Grouville

Connétable of Grouville, Mark Labey, will attend the Constituency of Grouville and St Martin drop in sessions, as listed above. 

Parish of St John

Connétable of St John, Andy Jehan, holds a weekly drop-in session every Wednesday between 5pm and 7pm at St John's Parish Hall. During the week of the States Meeting, the drop-in session is between 6pm - 7:30pm. The Connétable is also available to meet parishioners, both within and outside of normal working hours. Parish of St Lawrence

Connétable of St Lawrence, Deidre Mezbourian is available to meet parishioners. Parisioners are welcome to 'drop in' at the Parish Hall during opening hours and will be seen immediately by the Connétable if she is available. Parish of Trinity

Connétable of Trinity, Philip Le Sueur, is available to meet parishioners unless he is away from the office on States business.  He is pleased to meet with parishioners if they drop in during opening hours and he is available. Alternatively, appointments can be made by contacting the Parish Hall at parishhall@parishoftrinity.je or calling 865345. The Connétable can also be contacted directly at p.lesueur@gov.je

Parish of St Martin

Connétable of St Martin, Karen Shenton-Stone will attend the Constituency of Grouville and St Martin drop in sessions, as listed above. She is also available outside of these times by dropping into her office directly at St Martin's Parish Hall. 

Parish of St Mary 

Connétable of St. Mary, David Johnson, is in regular attendance at St Mary’s Parish Hall in relation to his parish responsibilities and is readily available to meet with individual parishioners to discuss any particular issue.

Parish of St Peter

Connétable of St Peter, Richard Vibert is happy to meet with parishioners, both within and outside of normal working hours. To arrange a drop-in, please email here or call the Parish Hall. 

Parish of St Saviour
