In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and driving excellence in program management and operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SATCOM and a proven track record of success in leading operations teams.   As the VP of Operations and Programs, you will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies to optimize operations, programs and customer experience. You will be responsible for providing program management oversight and managing and optimizing key operational processes, implementing performance metrics to measure and track progress, and identifying areas for improvement. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of program and operational initiatives.   This role requires a strong leader with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
