Job Highlights
- Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance on all appropriate equipment
- Perform work area clean up and safety-related duties
- Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs
- Ensure all make-ready repairs and services are completed
Candidate Profile
- Diploma or GED required; HVAC certification preferred
- Must have at least one year of experience in apartment maintenance
- Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance coverage, as use of a personal vehicle may be required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and on an on-call basis as necessary required
