Recruitment is a crucial piece of diversity and inclusion efforts, but it isn't enough to grow diversity in the upper ranks, writes John Rice, founder and CEO of Management Leadership For Tomorrow, and his Boston Consulting Group (BCG) co-authors in a recent report:
