To kick off the new year we are having a massive January Sale, including two large library donations from Perry Anderson, and also from the Socialist Party. Perry’s extensive writing ranges across historical sociology, intellectual history and cultural analysis, within the traditions of Western Marxism. He is also a moving force behind the New Left Review. His donated collection reflects those interests.
In total we will be putting out for sale some 1,500+ books, across all three rooms of the bookshop. Books will be predominantly priced at £1, £3 and £5. Expect a whole range of quality political non-fiction.
The Sale will start at 10am on Saturday 11th January and will run till the end of the month.
