Spot on how to use social tactics in the Customer buyer journey Timothy I like the verb ‘digital dominance’
Great stuff. Is that Sabbath boxset still in its original packaging?
Strategy requires practice, coaching and consistency Timothy (Tim) Hughes 提姆·休斯 otherwise it is sales malpractice. Lots of social malpractice. Like the word dominance.
Excellent video Timothy. Too many management teams have been duped into believing that they are socially mature when in actual fact they haven't even tipped a toe into the water. Loved that part about 'digital dominance' 👏
Digital Dominance - a great phrase. Its true Timothy be where the buyers are. Show up, create content with insight and draw the eye to you, your knowledge base and your personal contribution to challenges many businesses may be facing... great vid.
Social dominance only works if you are able to engage with those who find or see you. You could easily spout content in great quantities, but if you're not there to respond to any responses, you've missed out on a huge opportunity. And it is the social dominance which appeals to emotions, triggers reactions which people can relate themselves, their lives or their businesses to, which will be the ones which succeed the most.
Great points and really like the idea of digital dominance over being everywhere on social media. Narrow it down and be where it matters via the people who can make the difference. 👍
Timothy (Tim) Hughes 提姆·休斯 'your tactics must support your strategy' this is the biggest thing for me as I work on #social. Brilliant video.
