Great advice Timothy (Tim), I would also add to this that you shouldn't be waiting around for someone else to decide your future in sales... It's time to get trained... take the initiative and get it done...

Timothy (Tim) Hughes 提姆·休斯 with regards to my specialty at DLA ignite of financial services, companies and leadership need to get on board with a comprehensive social selling strategy asap. Just look up Merrill Lynch banning cold calling if you are in doubt.
