I go through my phases where I want a lot of hatch green chiles. Oh and then it will be pumpkin season and I need all the pumpkin stuff. I feel there is no bad time for pickles. I love them every and any way that I can find them.

Oh and the pickle pizza. Ooh it is so good. I got where I knew there had to be an easy way to just make it at home. I am good at trying to figure out my own recipes. Last weekend I think I finally perfected it. So if you need your pickle pizza too I am here to help.

I started with a cauliflower pizza crust but you can use any pre made crust. If you are adventurous you can make your own. I just go for the premade.

I just go ahead and put some olive oil on it and brush it all over. I place it on a tin foil lined pan so I can have a quick clean up. Then it is time for the toppings.

What is a pickle pizza without a lot of pickles? You can use whatever kind you like and I load the crust up with them.

Then you get crazy with the cheese. I layer with mozzarella under the pickles and on top. You can not ever have too much. This weekend I decided to also layer it with bacon. Who doesn't love bacon? So I cooked my bacon in the handy dandy air fryer. I then broke it into little pieces and had at it.

I then threw the tray in a preheated oven. I cooked it at 350 for about 15 minutes. I just checked and made sure all the cheese was melted and the crust was a golden brown. So you may have to cook it a few minutes more. Just keep an eye on it because nothing is worse than burnt pickle pizza.

I finished off the pizza with some red pepper flakes because I am good with spicy too. So give it a try some weekend. I feel this will quench your pickle thirst.
