Adult Swim has released the premiere episode of Rick and Morty Season 5 on YouTube for free.

Fans of the critically acclaimed animated show can find the full first episode on Adult Swim's official YouTube channel. The video does not appear to be region-locked, meaning anyone can view the premiere of Season 5 for free via YouTube. The fifth season of Rick and Morty debuted on June 20 on a variety of streaming services, including Hulu, HBO Max and Adult Swim's own website.

The episode, titled Mort Dinner Rick Andre, is uncensored and features the introduction of a new character who has a very important, yet previously unmentioned, relationship with Rick. The episode has been met with positive reviews, with many praising its decision to focus on Morty and showcase the character's growth since Season 1.

While the rest of Season 5 will likely not be uploaded to Adult Swim's YouTube channel, fans already have a good idea of what to expect from the show going forward. Various trailers have shown off upcoming Voltron-esque mech battles, turkey soldiers and plenty of interdimensional portals. Evil Morty, a recurring antagonist first introduced in the Season 1 episode "Close Rick-counters of the Rick Kind," is also expected to make a return.
