Active Suffolk delivers sport and physical activity opportunities to children of all ages across schools and in the community.

If you sign-up below, our Co-production Facilitator will contact you about how you can be involved in helping Active Suffolk to co-produce, and make decisions about, its activity programmes over the next five years.

We’ll be planning opportunities for you to share your views and ideas about how activities and sports could be made more fun and engaging for children and young people.

You’ll also help Active Suffolk to think about how activity could be better offered to children and young people who may find it harder to participate (e.g. because they have disabilities or because they struggle with their wellbeing or body image.

There’s something in it for you too!

By taking part in co-production with us and Active Suffolk, you will:

  • Gain skills and knowledge by working as equals in a group who feel passionate about active and healthy lives for all children in Suffolk.
  • Be part of something bigger that will impact how children can stay active over the next five years.
  • Gain experience that could lead to future opportunities in work or school.
  • Develop personal and communication skills like self-confidence, negotiation, networking, creativity and team building.

Active Suffolk will work together with you, children and young people, family members and school staff, as well as information from research, to put an achievable plan together.
