Welfare benefits and money advice 

Are you worried about money or unsure what benefits you may be entitled to? 

Our welfare benefits team are here to help support you to ensure you receive any benefits you are entitled to so you can look after yourself and your family financially. 

The cost of living crisis has hit many families financially. It’s never been more important to get expert advice on benefits maximisation to help with the increasing costs of daily life.  

When you call our welfare benefits team, you will be connected with an advisor who will give general benefits advice based on the information you provide them with over the phone. 

If your case is more complex, or if you need a more in-depth assessment of your situation, it will be reviewed by one of our welfare benefits officers. You may be offered an appointment where you can discuss your case in more detail. This may be at our head office or or at your home, depending on your circumstances. We will provide you with advice and assistance where possible, but it remains your responsibility to pass on any relevant information, updates or changes to the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), the Local Authority or other awarding organisations. This is called a relevant change of circumstances. We will be happy to discuss this with you during your appointment, if necessary.
